Nous avons été plusieurs fois à la Résidence Alma Marceau et chaque fois nous avons été très satisfaits. Un grand merci à Dominique qui est très bienveillante et à lécoute de ses hôtes. La propreté, laccueil, le service et la localisation sont excellents. Toute léquipe qui y travaille est très gentille. Nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons surement.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Alma Marceau. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. the living room is huge with sleeper sofa. the bed room is big and has a queen sized bed. The room was very clean. The apartment comes with a kitchen (oven, microwave and dishwasher). there is also a washing machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help over come an issue we had with our reservation. The area is safe and it is very close to the Eiffel tower and Arc de triomphe. We will definitely consider staying here when visiting Paris again

Muito boa, desde a chegada em um domingo à noite, com a ótima recepção do sr. Ruppers, a gentileza dos demais colaboradores do hotel, a delicadeza em deixar um champagne para nós no dia do Revéillon e até no caso de cobrança por engano ser ágil em efetuar a devolução rapidamente.

Agréable séjour. Joli appartement lumineux spacieux et sécurisé. Personnel chaleureux et serviable.
La propreté des sols n'est pas parfaite mais cela ne vient pas du travail du personnel qui est très professionnel mais des produits utilisés qui ne sont pas des produits adaptés à la composition des sols car ils restent tâchés même après le nettoyage.

Hace 10 años que utilizo el mismo hotel en mis viajes a Paris, no lo cambiaria por otro,todo es excelente, la ubicación, tamaño, tranquilidad, comodidad, limpieza, atención, etc. Es un lugar absolutamente recomendable

this is my 4th time to stay with very happy with your location and quality of rooms and service all staff feels like friends .
the cooker hood need improvement to suck the cooking smell out I was not happy with one of your staff coming to tell me to open the window in a zero tempreture to take the smell of food out while I kept smelling ciggerates smoke and cooking coming from the 5th floor all night.
