tout se passe en général très bien j'y vais souvent. Il y a des "petites choses" qui pourraient être améliorées. Le cri strident quand on ouvre les portes de l'hôtel est franchement insupportable par exemple. Et il y avait une odeur étrange dans notre suite dont nous n'avons jamais trouvé la source (ce qui est pénible pour un long séjour). Odeur de cigarette permanente au 5e étage.

Dominique et son équipe sont exceptionnelles : on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’accueil est chaleureux, la gentillesse est au rendez-vous et les appartements sont impeccables. C’est un endroit où l’on revient avec plaisir à chaque fois.

One of the best hotel apartments to stay at in Paris! Superb stay at Alma Marceau, fantastic location if you are looking for a central, calm and upscale area. The apartment was very spacious and modern with 5 star hotel level
Services. The staff were very kind and helpful - they make u feel at home. Highly recommended especially for groups or families.

The apartment was very nice but cigarette smoke was everywhere in the public spaces, which I detest. Because of this I will not stay here again despit it being a nice apartment in a good neighborhood.

Nous avons été plusieurs fois à la Résidence Alma Marceau et chaque fois nous avons été très satisfaits. Un grand merci à Dominique qui est très bienveillante et à lécoute de ses hôtes. La propreté, laccueil, le service et la localisation sont excellents. Toute léquipe qui y travaille est très gentille. Nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons surement.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Alma Marceau. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. the living room is huge with sleeper sofa. the bed room is big and has a queen sized bed. The room was very clean. The apartment comes with a kitchen (oven, microwave and dishwasher). there is also a washing machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help over come an issue we had with our reservation. The area is safe and it is very close to the Eiffel tower and Arc de triomphe. We will definitely consider staying here when visiting Paris again
